What size am I?
‘See Size Chart’ is available on all product pages. As a note, measurements are taken in inches. The Relaxed fit accommodates more tolerance on the waist measurements, due to the additional stretch in the waistband.

What fabric are the shorts made of?
The shorts are made from 100% cotton, for breathable comfort and maximum durability.
Where do you manufacture?
All the shorts are hand made from start to finish in Indonesia, especially for the craft and expertise of the hand waxed batik process. We have chosen our producers based on their quality work and expertise.
Can I amend or cancel my order after confirmation?
If you need to change anything about your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and what you would like to change as soon as possible. We'll do our best to make the updates before your order is out for delivery.
Unfortunately, all orders which have been dispatched cannot be cancelled or amended.
What if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?
Oh dear! So sorry! If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, contact us at email@example.com with a photo of the faulty part, or wrong item you received, together with a short description and your order number and we'll take care of it!

How can I pay and what currency are your prices in?
We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal.
We take payment in US Dollar (USD).
How do I know if my order was successful?
When a payment is successfully made, an order confirmation email will be sent to you with details of your most recent purchase.
Do you offer gift wrapping service?
Our packaging is perfect if your purchase is a gift. The shorts always come wrapped and delivered in a designer Holtan Vibes giftbox. Personalise your gift message by adding a note to your order on the Cart page before checkout.
Delivery & Returns
How long will delivery take and do I qualify for free delivery?
Delivery is free for all items purchased and sent by registered mail. For items sent by DHL Express, there is a delivery fee of SGD 20. For information on shipping, take a look at our shipping page or email us at hello@holtanvibes.
Can I return or exchange my purchase?
If you need to return or exchange any item(s), please notify us within 7 days of the date in which you received the items. We only accept returns for non-sale item(s). The item(s) must be returned in the original condition you received them. All items must be returned new, unworn, unwashed and with the tags still attached, in original packaging. All returns and exchange items will be inspected upon receipt and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.
Kindly note that we will only proceed with the return/exchange when we receive your item(s). You will be notified by email once your return/exchange has been received and processed. You will be issued an online gift code equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item(s), valid for a year. We are also unable to cover the shipping cost for your returns, but we will send out the exchanges free of charge.

Singapore: Returns must reach us within 14 calendar days from delivered date.
International: Returns must reach us within 28 calendar days from delivered date.
